Making Kefir drink is just so simple and yet spectacular, Make kefir with the freshest milk possible and mixed up as many of the following ingredients as you wish. You will need 1 tsp. of unrefined flax seed oil, lecithin, which aids fat digestion, to taste, fiber, such as Nutri-Flax, probiotics which is a friendly bacteria, natural flavorings or herbs such as stevia, nutmeg, cinnamon, non-alcoholic vanilla or natural fruit flavoring, fresh or frozen organic fruits like that of strawberries, raspberries, bananas, kiwi, mango and more! All it takes is a blender and then you will already have a delicious, nourishing breakfast, lunch, or snack to take pleasure!
